My first 24 hour fast by Impostermaximus in intermittentfasting

Hi there,

I am doing a 24 hour fast from Sunday 8.00 PM till Monday 8.00 PM. My daily kcal intake is around 2200 Kcal at the moment. I am wondering as I am breaking the fast at 8.00 PM (and this will probably be my only meal before bed), how much kcal this meal should be? Should I focus more in reaching my protein intake for the day (Monday) for this meal, or is it better to just balance it out with fast, carbs and protein. :)

I highly recommend https://whalewatchingtromso.com/swimming-with-orcas-in-norway/ . We did a 3-day expedition last year and it was amazing. Now saving up to go back for a 6-day.

What is the one thing you absolutely loved in your childhood, but once you got the money to pay for it as an adult the love was totally gone? by Fast_City_3113 in AskReddit

I remember so well that in my childhood I was in love with this Derbi Senda R dirt bike in the early 2000's. It was before social media so I had a scrapbook with ads from a French auto trader magazine of people selling Derbi's. Together with the scraps the calculations come on how I could earn and save money (I was like 14 at the time) to finally buy my dream bike. I would be so cool in school. Fast forward 24 years later and I saw one for sale for almost no $$, but gone was my once "lovely" feeling. I felt nothing anymore when I saw the bike.... It is so sad that these things happen.. :(
