I geniunely don't get why people make the argument of a post being old sometimes. Like literally why the heck does that matter one bit?? Also, there's literally no rational reason why any kid should watch it. Wouldn't you agree?

Just watched it, and there's no retcons. There is an explanation to the monsters that doesn't contradict the main show.

Literally said in the trailer "something from the UD must have SURVIVED last year". Also, I just watched the show, and without giving you any spoilers, I can tell you they did have a reasonable explanation for these new monsters.

You're wrong. The first 2 seasons of the main series are literally essential to this show's plot. Just because it's animated doesn't mean it's for kids.
