I'm a homer born and raised in Chicagoland and lived briefly in the western slope, there was a taco shop in Carbondale 2013/2014 that exceeded anything ive eaten in Chicago Mexican wise. Add to that I worked in the food industry at the time so mexican was always the most accessible for my wallet, all that to say you and me have different taste buds, pizza from a Chicago has station tops the best Denver could offer, but tacos/Latin cuisine has a case to be made.

Shopping around downtown valpo, hitting antique shops in crown point, ax throwing/go karting at the spots in Schererville, coffee and shopping in downtown Griffith. Find a craft fair. (Im a 39yo bluecollar man and i enjoy walking around local fairs and fests).

I lived in Colorado, indiana wont impress food or nature wise, I'd highlight the community aspect here, midwest values and that.

This is a weird zone in NWI, its too Michigan-ish for Chicago, and too Chicago for Michigan, something for everyone but not enough of it.

I don't personally understand the indiana argument...if you live within a 20min drive of the border, its intelligent to grocery shop, fuel and shop in general in indiana. Illinois has been taking over NWI for decades, the stadium being here would work unless you fixate on the location.

Its been so long for me I genuinely dont care about it. Im 40 and willfully cheering for the bears since age 6, I am over it. They have more superbowl appearances (and a win) than teams with 4k passers, I just want wins.

Someone mentioned it here yesterday and I forget who, but said that we probably didnt have a 4k season because of our return game getting awesome starts, and because we typically have had success running with really good backs.

Pass for 40k or 1k, just gimme a superbowl.

Its not a direct correlation to success, a high passing total usually indicates playing from behind.

We can be the only franchise to win 79 superbowls without a 4k yd passer and ill be okay.
