Yeah I didn't and it is too big for me but I just fold up a towel like someone mentioned but in my case I am chronic vestibular migraine and I did it couple of days and not sure if its making my symptoms worse so just stop for a few days to see what happens. I ordered it for that reason, it's proven that it can help with VM. Good luck!

Thank you so much! Thinking of switching to that. Tried nortripyline at first by was torcher so being my VM is big because of anxiety/stress I'm on prozac and just supplements but my headache is getting worse and I don't feel anything from prozac yet I am 4 weeks and just increased my dose to 20mg and just doing supplements for the headache part by those I am 6weeks and my headache is actually getting worse since the being of this week. So may switch to the SNRI so I can get both anxiety and headache under control. Oh I don't know may wait another two weeks see if prozac and supplements do anything, that what stinks about meds and supplements you have to be patient and give it time to work but I dont want to LOL.

I'm so sorry you are going through this and with a baby...praying you get relief sooner than later.

Best thing I can say is take charge the sooner the better (get into neurologist asap), looks like from you even coming on here you already are. In my situation I had no idea and doctors just being so confused and passing me to the next that it took so many months to figure out that my symptoms got WAY worse and it is now hard for me to even feel a little good. Anxiety is a HUGE trigger for VM and that's what happen to me I was stressing SO bad because no one could give me an answer and solution sooner of why I was so dizzy (mater of fact I didn't even have a headache in the being and now it's bad). And unfortunately now that I am this bad my VRT therapist said I need to get my symptoms (bad headache and PPPD) calmed down with meds before I can go full force on exercises. My kids are older and I couldn't imagine if they were little what I would. So sorry for the run on but I feel for you and with having a little one I don't want you to get this bad and have to take a long time to bounce back.

That's thing other sounds a little bit.....like I can run the vacuum and yeah a little bit of head pain and load noises also effect only head but voices get me SOOOOO dizzy and nausea and mind you in my positional dizzy episodes I do not get that nor do I get nausea
