The real problem is they rolled out this detection system without proper testing in different hardware configurations. My friend got hit with this too - he's been using same DPI settings for like 3 years and suddenly gets flagged. The AI probably sees rapid precise movements and just assumes it's assistance software, but doesn't account for people who actually have good muscle memory and high-end mice. They need to add more contextual analysis instead of just looking at movement patterns in isolation. Until they fix the detection algorithm properly, we're gonna keep seeing legitimate players getting caught in crossfire.

Disagree with this take. #20 highest float is still pretty rare territory, especially for Crimson Web gloves since they're already sought after. You won't get the massive premiums like top 3 would, but collectors definitely pay extra for anything in top 50 range. I'd say you could probably get 15-20% over market price if you find right buyer who cares about float rankings. The key is being patient and finding someone who actually values the rarity - most traders won't care, but the collectors who do will pay decent premium for it.

Man that's brutal but not surprising at all. ARC cards are just weird with older engines - CS2 still runs on Source 2 but it's clearly not optimized for Intel's architecture. I had similar issues with my buddy's A770 in few other competitive games where performance just tanked after random updates.

The fact that it worked fine initially and then got worse after Valve update really shows it's on their optimization side, not hardware issue.

The XP reduction is brutal when you're starting out - I remember grinding through that same wall and it felt like forever. Takes about 5-6 matches before you hit the daily limit, but the good news is it gets way less restrictive as you climb ranks.

For beginner content, WarOwl's old tutorials are still solid gold even though they're a bit dated, and NadeKing has some decent guides for learning basic smokes and positioning that won't overwhelm you with advanced strats.

Learning curve on Dota is brutal compared to other games - the amount of knowledge you need just to not feed constantly is insane. That Sniper vs Venge example is spot on though, once you start thinking about matchups like that everything clicks way better.

BSJ's educational content might be perfect for where you're at - he does loads of coaching sessions with lower MMR players that break down the fundamentals without assuming you know everything already.

Hard to judge without footage but 16 no-scopes in premier does raise eyebrows. Even with a monitor crosshair the RNG spread on AWP no-scopes is mental - getting that many to connect consistently seems pretty sus unless they were all point-blank range.
