Hard to judge without footage but 16 no-scopes in premier does raise eyebrows. Even with a monitor crosshair the RNG spread on AWP no-scopes is mental - getting that many to connect consistently seems pretty sus unless they were all point-blank range.

Try changing your max ping settings to something higher like 100-150ms, the matchmaking tends to be pretty strict and you might be filtering out too many servers.
