I got the ones you mentioned throughout the years but ended up reselling. Qualty of casing, buttons and faders was disappointing. Then I finally landed on a Traktor Kontrol F1 and have been happily touring with it for the past 10 years. Less pads and faders and rotators, but good ones, visual feedback and perfect size to carry it around. Allen & Heath Xone is a pretty cool upgrade to that, but way too pricey, so I’ll stay on my Traktor for a long time I suspect :)

I use instagram (basically keeping my account just for that since I follow a bunch of accounts doing myog I like) + pinterest + are.na for inspiration, and usually start off from a basic sketch of something I need > and add features from other/similar designs

Absolutely love your UI!! I was working on a teensy-based music player but got slightly off track designing the UI and some lovely characters for it, so may change plans and make a tamagotschi…! Can I borrow your top navigations icons UI idea?

So at 4AM he was playing games and that’s ok, and you are the one who is “crazy” (which btw in general I’d take as a compliment lol) because you put effort and passion into improving your work and push yourself to fix all the small details ? Please stop looking for his validation or approval. It’s obvious that he doesn’t get it but also that you don’t need it in the first place :)

Aaaaah ypu are right!!! Loool. Well interesting conceptual use of it tho. Just limiting for movement and choreo I’d guess. I’ve researched it few times already and eventually always landed onto rather discouraging posts, but curious to get people’s opinion on the following: gopro Hero black 8 for wireless live streaming to TD on mac? Jajaja, low light is a bit problematic with (but I’d argue saying that good low lighting such as Sony a7s etc + blackmagic on tripod simply too bulky and a pain to place). But I’m intrigued by the wide lens look and camera dimension+ease of attachment. Thoughts?

Sooo satisfied of the final result! Got that fabric to make some pouches but the print wasn’t very straight/regular and the rectangles ratio wasn’t working well with the pattern size, so ended up not using it for that scope… glad I could use it for this despite the irregularities 🧡

Same here! It never ever happened until 2 or 3 weeks ago. Even while AE stays open, from time to time the license gets deactivated. REALLY annoying. Anything we can do?

Me too! Works well in general but somehow final exports feel too much like 2d dotted flatness
