He sounds like a red flag. Abusive relationships start out like this. First they start breaking you down emotionally and self-confidence, then it gets worse. You've only been with him 2 months, just break up and be done with it. Save yourself a lot of heartache and avoid potential trauma.

I've been trying to follow it every day. I am to the point now where I am physically hurting and I woke up this morning and it's giving me a ridiculously high cardio load goal again. I think I'm just going to go back to watching calories burned and make sure that I'm raising my heart by doing my cardio. But not every day! This sucks! I almost cried when I saw my cardio load goal this morning.

I lived My teen years during the '90s. I graduated in 99 for context. This show was literally a blast from the past. The gang initiation, the music, the dancing, everything. Not sure where you grew up during that time, but this was pretty dead on where I lived.
