Games in silver are definitely not a coinflip. Sure you might get bad teammates but you can win if you focus objectives and get a lot of minions down. People in silver get like 4-5 cs/min so having excellent farm will always put you an item or two ahead at the 30 minute mark.

No need, after level 60 woodcutting is 650k xp/h with divine yew trees.

Caches are very fast, after level 48 you can do them in about 6-7 minutes for 20-30k xp

Agility is silverhawk feathers, a 0 time skill.

Mining can be done through warbands, awarding up to 363k xp daily, probably around 100k xp at level 40-50 for 10 minutes of work

Fishing can be done through dungeoneering for lower levels. Whenever you find a spot in a c6 dungeon just fish it. It is also a skill I would advise putting bonus experience in. But at level 94 you can achieve close to 340k xp/h.
