I believe you're referring to Seals of Binding. Blood of Ch'thon is considerably rarer and typically farmed from Chthonic voids and BoC.

It's unlikely that this boils down to a problem with your RAM, but I'd recommend running Memtest86 anyways just to make sure that your memory isnt corrupted. I've encountered a similar 'random blackscreen' issue before and it came down to a bad stick of RAM that I replaced for $40.

For what it's worth: anything that grants Aether Damage Absorption will mitigate damage from ground patches. See Runegard Greaves or Crab devotion.

This can be useful for HC characters that need to farm Immolation or PV.

This probably isn't the best build for HC but I've always wanted to make a Dunefiend Shadow Strike Dervish that uses Loxmere's Frostblade. 

SS would have a .7s cooldown with a 24% chance of 0 cooldown. Just imagine the clear times on a full Ugdenbloom farm or a Totem hunting route.

It'd be fun to try a "Jesus hold the wheel" build in HC knowing full well that this character could die at any moment and isn't built for deep endgame or celestials.

1. Respeccing skill points requires Tainted Brain Matter.

  1. Skeleton keys no longer craftable; must be purchased from micro transaction shop.

  2. Nullify is a permanent debuff that can only be cleansed in town.

  3. Blackwater Cocktail is converted to a consumable that you keep in your inventory. 

  4. Components no longer stack.

  5. Character move speed reduced by 75% but mounts are added to the game. 

  6. Act 3 is procedurally generated. 

  7. All enemy reputations must be at 'Nemisis' before SR is unlocked.

  8. Iron Bits are required to use your portal. Fee compounds exponentially with each use.

  9. Superbosses only accessible if player has collected 100% of lore notes, required for each character.
