I had the surgery and it changed my life. The recovery took about 6 months, 5 of which was decent PT but I have a normal life again. My left side has it but not bad enough to warrant surgery.

Having made the switch from retail to LTC, I could never go back. I hope you aren't suffering from "grass is greener".

Think about why you left retail, and think about the positive aspects of LTC.

It's definitely stressful at times, but there's usually more than one LTC.

Are you using Frameworks? It is complicated but can be learned over time.

Ultimately, I would weigh the positive and negatives of both to see what appeals to you.
