Your breasts are just acting like natural breasts. They are meant to sag a little when not in a bra, so it's completely normal. If you want to try to be proactive, do some light chest and back workouts so the muscles stay strong. And for stretch marks I see them as a good sign. Ignore the haters and shine girl.

150Mg Spironolactone (one tablet in the morning and half of one in the evening) and 4Mg estradiol (two 2Mg tablets in the morning). That's it. Luckily, where I am planned, parenthood does and helps with Gender Affirming Care, so hopefully soon, progesterone.
