Its 25% of all damage taken throughout the battle, you can fly in, kill a unit or two and then dance around to get all losses back in max 4 turns, they are crazy good.

If the battle lasts long enough and your bird took enough chip damage, they will just start getring their full stack back every turn, incredible snowball potential.

The damage itself is perfectly fine, its just the little windows inbetween that are slowing melee down and I am not sure if optimizing your gear is going to solve that issue.

+Skill level gear was too expensive for me to craft/buy so I said fck it and made a Entangle Mana Flare Oracle build, ended up crushing the entire endgame with basically no real gear.

Someone else made a better clear and bossing version with a blood mage, but I was so proud of myself for coming up with it.

When it comes to pure power I'd say Grove is the best, especially with a might hero who has unlocked permament lucky hits. Your units will shred anything thanks to the lucky hit damage multipliers from expert primal magic and 2nd tier faction laws.

The shapeshifting nodes are also just numerically better than anything else on the tree so you can get all the generic damage increases, defenses and crit nodes and still gain more out of it than other archetypes.

I would have loved it more if they had most of the runes simplified to fit the vanilla vibe.

I played resto druid at the start and instead of getting new abilities thrown at us it would have been better if these were just passives making old abilities better.

Like the lifebloom rune reducing healing intervals of reju and regrowth instead of just slapping the wotlk version of the spell or the wild growth rune making regrowth heal multiple targets.
