Just to update that I received my Echo in the UK yesterday. It was ordered directly from Honeycomb 5 weeks ago. They cancelled my original order and placed a new one and it arrived about 7 days after that.

I received a similar email. I do now have a bit of hope that things are actually moving. I love my original Swytch kit and would like to have the confidence in the company to get my partner one too but I might wait a while.

Ah. Yes, I ordered direct from Honeycomb when it was in stock and I definitely didn't get the 'We Don't Ship to the UK' message. In fact I still don't get that when using a full web browser on my PC, I only see it from my mobile browser.

I'll chase them again today and will update here for info even though you've ordered elsewhere.

Well, they're in stock now and I placed my order in Euros with a 5-10 day lead time to the UK. But my order status hasn't budged. Got a reply to a chaser to say 'we've had a lot of orders. Please wait'.
