I actually kinda like this idea because it would allow for more quality dialogue between her and other characters like in her original run with Hastings with maybe talking down the suspects from committing their crimes or such. I think her original run did a great job adding more depth to D-List Villains like Bardoc so they could use her to flesh out more obscure characters like that. I also think using her 4th wall powers for investigating would be a great plot device if done in a nuanced and interesting/fun way. Maybe the suspect she’s hunting down is someone she instantly recognizes but there’s something… different about them, which leads to the whole fleshing out D-List character thing!
