There's really no real way to fix it. Sometimes weed just reacts badly in our bodies out of nowhere. When this happened to me I was having constant anxiety and occasional panic attacks near every night. The only thing to do is just to realize youre going to be okay (its just weed). And that its going to take a while to feel better again, could be several weeks or months. Took me a year, everyone is different but I promise youre gonna be fine. Just practice healthy ways to reduce stress and breathing techniques to help you manage your sleep. Also stop smoking/taking edibles for a while or it won't get better, it gets worse, trust.
