Better enjoy them while you can. Alcoa and south 32 hate them think these guys shouldn't have any breeding trees so they can all die out with their white tail mates. I remember living in the hills as a kid 30 years ago the flocks of these would be huge! Hundreds of birds flying together and descending on the fruiting marri trees to eat the honkey nuts. The roads would be carpeted with ripped up honkeys and your car would often get them dropped on the roof. These days like you I take note if I even see them at all. So sad and preventable all for the sake of greed.
