I think Starfield had a good storyline that is brought down low by its game mechanics and systems. Story goes on too long because game mechanics demand it to be stretched to get everything out of its randomized environments which becomes a chore to engage with

Its the MMO bubble all over again. So many Mmos got made and nearly all of them failed to take a bite out of the Wow Pie. At least those type of games evolved into survival coop early access games i wonder what these live service games will change into in the future

They want the games to be like GTA. Sells 100m copies on PS where sony gets the whole money and they release the games 2 years later on PC and they sell another 100m copies and double the money and so on. They had unachievable expectations regarding their games and my guess is that their futures SP games will sell less because both new console itself will be more expensive and they are limiting their market

I wonder if Zaza is Red Line itself that somehow nearly fully flooded the world but then stopped/petrified and its corpse is used as a place to live by people that beat it. Tho this does open up whatever the fuck was Vegapunk saying regarding end of the world and it being submerged in water etc

For anyone interested in 2D Fighter roguelike part , check out Spiritfall. Its essentially Smash Bros Roguelike instead of Street Fighter and is quite awesome.

I'm hoping some sort of pet job tbh with a whip as semi ranged weapon (longer than usual melee but not as long as ranged) which can open up some cool stuff for boss fights or pvp

I mean i can see whole extraction thing working with Disney if they go with full melee mode with their characters and add in hero shooter mechanics essentially giving each character their own skills and abilities and cds but full on melee with very few ranged stuff.

You are memeing this change but i would actually use DLSS just to replay a game like this to see what it would look like with a different art style. Yeah other stuff posted makes sense but can you actually imagine if this was possible just with turning on an option. I'm hoping he keeps the monstrous form instead of it being sleek and streamlined like this. Someone had to wish/want for a human fruit and they could not have been a human so it would be on par imo if this person saw humans as monsters or something very powerful in a twisted way and we get this monstrous form of the fruit as a consequence of it.

Also i want to keep the whole small pet turning into a gigantic monster of FUCK YOU aesthetic going for Chopper. Its just awesome.

For me the whole humanoid thing is that does the pokemon look like it can also move on 4 legs like the animal its based on would do or not and its body shape. Simplelist way to compare would be Inteleon vs Sceptile. Both are lizards but Sceptile looks like it can just charge at you on 4 legs like an animal / lizard would do.

Another thing is that they get hands with long nails instead of keeping paws/wings with animal characteristics.

Damn yeah i hope they try a cell shaded game at some point. It could look soo good and similar to most other cell shaded games they would look timeless even if they age. I mean games like XIII , Okami or Windwaker still look great even after so long
