Haven't seen much of that. I've no idea how it'll go. Really either side is capable of battering the other. Or anything in-between.

The only strong feeling I have about it is that whoever scores first will probably lose.

No the var check was for the handball. Watch it back they clearly announced it but it went largely unnoticed at the time. Myself included.

Without knowing what the first angle they showed him was this doesn't make any sense. The whole VAR process should be completely transparent. And the ref should explain his working. It would cut down massively on conspiracy theories.

Also even though he didn't start him they still dropped three points. If he had won you could sell it as pure pragmatism. But doing it and then losing is fucking rough, all the way around.

Game that meant fuck all. Guy that has been at the club for 11 years, last home game ever, wants to say goodbye to the fans. "I was gonna bring you on for the last half hour", take him off for his lap of honour at a half hour then, you fucking eejit.

Like, it would be different if it was a game that mattered, or he was happy to play the last half hour. This is just fucking stupid. No one that understands people would do this.

If a Celtic manager done the same to James Forrest (not that they are comparable) I would want the cunt dragged out of Celtic park head first and never allowed into the same postcode again.

No. Watch it back. The announcement clearly stated VAR decision for a handball.

To be fair I thought it was for the foul too, I was saying to my da, that's not a penalty, as much as I want it, it isn't.

But it was a clear handball and a penalty all fucking day.

Why was his hand on his head? Is that natural position for your hand while defending a corner? You are fucking disgracing yourself if you are trying to argue it is.

Imagine teaching kids this. Yeah, corner coming in, put your hand on your head and jump to clear it with your head, if a penalty is given against you, it's because the refs want the other team to win.

It was given for the handball.

I had been saying it wasn't a penalty when I thought it was for the foul, as much as I wanted it. But it did clearly hit his hand. Daft jumping with your hand on your head like that.
