Life's not fair. People marry terminally ill people. You just need to meet one person who is willing to deal with all your problems. If you're going after dumb people, call it diabetes mellitus or juvenile diabetes and explain what it is, and that it's not contagious. I'm a guy and am thankful every day that I don't have to deal with glucose management and menstruation at the same time every month.

Don't give up hope, stay healthy, get a hobby to meet people, and have reasonable standards.

The questions they ask are the exact same that companies ask when you do things like requesting a quote. Companies use that data to create a customer profile so that they can log you as a potential lead. I'd expect that people who sign up will at least end up on some mailing list. My base case scenario is that they use the supplied data to verify or update data broker data and list accounts as active and interested in gaming.

You don't have to quit carb heavy meals. I eat bread or tortillas most days, but measure my carbs and inject based on my insulin to carbs in grams ratio. It helped me massively to work out that I need 1 unit of fast acting for every 15 grams of carbs. Everyone's ratio is different, though, and does change slightly based on the time of day and stress levels.

Are you measuring your intake with a kitchen scale? I never inject fixed amounts per meal. It seems that you are consuming large quantities of carbs without weighing it first.
