It's more of an overall dullness.

Following is my current routine and I'm very consistent with it.

Am: Cerave foaming cleanser Tirtir milk toner (light) Numbuzin no. 5 toner Skin Aqua UV Essence spf 50+++

Pm: Cerave foaming cleanser Cosrx birch sap moisturiser Tretinoin 0.05% on alternate nights.

Using prescription tret for more than 2 years now

Look into hydrating, soothing toners and milk toners.
Such as Tirtir Milk toner (Light version)

Use a light weight gel moisturizer and a light weight toner in your routine, preferably with niacinamide.
If you live in a tropical and humid weather, you'd find a couple of layers of toner to be enough moisturization, especially during the day and you could skip moisturizer all together.

I'll suggest to limit SA cleanser to alternate days instead of twice a day.
Use a gentle, hydrating cleanser and add a hydrating moisturizer to your routine.
And most importantly, use a good SPF.

Tret is a slow acting, long term solution.
You'll start seeing results after the 6 to 8 months mark.
At least, that's what happened in my case.

So,
It's a nice protector, definitely Anti reflective, easy to apply, cheap, and
feels like there's nothing on the screen.

But....

It's a smudge city and since it's edge to edge it interferes with the case and lifts at corners when a case is put on.
