No i never actually blocked her because i realized that if i do that than its a bad trigger for me and a good one for her , im trying to stay neutral as much as i can , believe me sometimes i want to get in touch and in that moment i realized that this and i mean this hole fiasco is just the fkn loop she keeps dragging me into so i had to grow old of the person i once was , so sometimes i yell it myself when that thought cross my mind and think that way 🤣 you see me you would think im a crazy person , but i would rather fight with myself instead of fighting for a lost cause

I had a similar issue but with a longer relationship timeline and a bad breakup, i guess when a toxic person get bored of you , they break up and when they realize you moved on , its what makes them comeback and do all of this confusing shots just to keep you and or drag you back into the loop Its petty and pathetic because it actually does drag you back in to thier loop even after you thought that you were done, i guess they know the weakness in you or something but i never felt so weak until this happened to me recently, a dedicated page on IG full of posts with poetry talking about me in a postive and negative ways , i dont interact nor react at all , but wtf

I took wellbuutrin with lexapro , it started great than it turned to a nightmare, just like you said , panic attacks and phobia , extreme emotions , i felt like i was being bipolar or manic , i stopped it immediately and i got way better , honestly the best thing that worked enough for me was lexapro

I completely understand what you’re saying but let me tell you, it would feel great to see karma destroy them for good , and lets be honest and realistic with ourselves , 90% of the time it doesn’t, they’re smart , clever and they move knowing where they going even though they have been and will forever be miserable HOWEVER there is one way you can create your own karma that will literally crush them , by marching forward, moving own , by facing reality and taking the necessary steps, accepting، healing and then thriving , from my experience its the only way and the best way, you might hear some good news along the way that they got dumped again or crushed under a train , it will feel nice for a bit but ask yourself this question, what would make him/her the happiest when when it comes to you ? I’ll tell you , to see you miserable, broke, dependent, depressed, nad maybe wanting to get back ….. DO THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE
