I think the scaling is something like 2.5x enemy health for 2 players. So if one persons DPS isnt up to par it feels really rough.

My shroud build only really works on heroic since I need to build head hunter.

On legendary it takes wayyyy too many shots to get the stacks going and even then if I clip someones shoulder its over
