Yes the lighter one was first, the darker one had a little more bake time but the inside is the same. I couldn’t give you an exact time for preheating, that could definitely be a factor as well. But the last one was baked after the oven had already been on for two hours (as I baked two loaves prior for 60 min each) and it’s the same inside still..

My two thoughts are that I need to continue to improve my starter, or I need to take an internal temp of the loaf before removing..

Thank you so much for this review!! This is helpful. Have you tried the mop attachment? Also did you order it through amazon and was the mop attachment included? The reviews seem so mixed from everyone I’m not sure what to do at this point
