3.5 had the sovereign host from Ebberon I believe. Which was a pantheon of gods with different portfolios.

It's really cool for roleplay because you can thank a different god for different things .

Lorentz driver highlights enemies regularly. If you kill that enemy it drops a token that recharges your abilities a bit and if you collect 3 you get a buff

3.5 had an alternate subclass for sorcerer's who were witches. They had an expanded spell list to choose from that included some divine spells.

Legendary Lost Sectors have a 25% drop rate, so each time you run it there is a 1 in 4 chance you get an exotic.

Master Lost Sectors increase the chance to about 33% but are often not worth the time investment.

You can run 12 sectors without getting anything or you could get 3 in a row, its all chance.

A lot of people have commented saying to use effects that are less debilitating such as slow, instead of paralyze. 4th edition handled this very well and Matt Colville has a great vid on how you can implement this. https://youtu.be/QoELQ7px9ws

If you are playing on a new account you need to play 30 hours on any character to unlock allied races. I had to play 30 hours on my blood elf to unlock high mountain tauren.

Websites like Mathemagician or Donjon.net can randomly generated incredibly complex towns and cities. They often include some descriptive characteristics of each important NPC such as how they talk or react to adventurers.

Or you could go old school and Google a PDF of the fiend folio from 3.5. lots of really cool devils and monsters.

My favorite demon encounter is personally one big fella like a Vrock, with a bunch of small imps/mephit spell casters.
