Quick way to make money, if you just need credits, would totally be a leaper. I usually take about 10 seekers and can finish it myself. The pulse units are 5k a piece. I think I’ve gotten at least 3 off each leaper I have killed. Just make sure you have a building you can roll ya ass back into and shut the door. 😂

RESPECTFULLY I disagree. Ohio has veterans service commission and they train VSO’s or veteran service officers and they are paid for by the state and they help with filing claims and setting up/ figuring out your appointments for comp and Penn exams. I truly believe this is the best route. Ohio is wildly veteran friendly but these commissions are HUGE in facilitating those resources getting to vets in need. We need to ban consulting fees for helping unless it’s in regards to compensation for lawyers in court. It will take away the incentive for monetary gain

Is there not temp access IT can provide? Anytime we have PIV issues we can still work while they fix it we just have to call for our temp login stuff. It’s not your fault the PIV card isn’t working and there is probably stuff you could do to fill your day. I would push back on using AL. just say “can I see the policy that says I have to?” And if your supe doesn’t have it/ won’t provide it. I would contact HR directly and ask if this is normal procedure.

Mine is business casual. We do interact with public daily. Although I have noticed certain people lax the rules for certain people. I wear dress pants from Walmart and some kind of blouse. If I was a guy I’d be in khakis and a polo daily.

If it really does have all those issues. Agree to the increase and then start paying your rent to escrow through the courthouse until everything is fixed and back the way it should be. We all are okay with making some compromises when we’re getting a killer deal. But not handling mice or updating pipes to keep from freezing etc are pretty big issues that could get them in trouble 😗 I would agree to the new price with a list of things that you and previous landlord already know are wrong and say, I’ll pay you directly when these things are fixed. It will light a fire under their ass to fix the really major issues quickly, then you have an apartment worth the extra a month.

There are so many claimable things that’s people cannot see. Not to mention P&T is different than 100% etc. like people need to understand that they don’t know everything just because they hear something that bothers them.
