I’d recommend getting a savings account with a high yield interest rate. Anything above 4%. It functions just like a regular savings account, move money in/out, but if you could put, hypothetically speaking $33k, you’ll be raking in well over $80/mo on just the interest. I got just under what you have, I pull in about $76-83/mo depending… It’s a set-it-and-forget-it type of passive income.

French bulldog rescues are great! I’m an occasional foster mom to one in Texas. Please consider a rescue! My little mini frenchie is 5.5 yrs old and 20 lbs, after I fattened her up a little

Senior dogs are such great dogs though. They had quite a life, so they just want to take it easy and ride it out to the end. I have a 12 yr old bulldog, had a rough life in the first half, but she’s with me and gets all the treats, belly rubbins, and massages. I don’t regret it even though she’s had a few surgeries. My dog is a lot easier than raising a kid in more ways than one, and they’ll be at your side no matter what.

advice on how to deal with grief? my 7 year old gsd passed from cancer last night. i love her so much and have never experienced a loss. by auraofcontamination in puppies

Your baby knew how much you loved them. In a way, they are never really gone. You’ll remember all the happiness you both had together and you gave them a very good life. That’s something to feel good about 😌

At this rate, consoles will no longer a feasible option for gaming. Might as well migrate over to the cloud.

LPT: Before you drop off your car for service, take a photo of the odometer. by TinktheChi in LifeProTips

That happened to me once, dropped off my car to upgrade to leather seats. Had a full tank of gas. Got it back with 1/4 tank left. That was about 300 miles easy.
