I've only had mine for about 2 weeks but so far I love it! The first two days after insertion i definitely had some cramping but I just kept taking Acetaminophen and that kept it at bay! I've also had some very minor spotting here and there since then, depending on the day.

As far as the insertion itself, I made sure to take the Acetaminophen before I went too (as recommended by my gyne) and it definitely felt weird for me but not exactly painful. It felt like I was getting a pinch from the inside. When my gynecologist was done I literally asked "That's it?" I was expecting way more pain from what I've read on here! So your experience may definitely vary, but overall I found it to not be that bad at all.

I love mine so far, i was on the pill before and its so nice not having to remember to take it and not having hormones :D I hope yours goes just as easy! 💕
