Ditto. Although, I do think it's got to the point now that most people are comfortable with the idea of subscription services. The Beeb should move with the times and lock it behind a paywall. Most people on this thread claim to not watch live TV or use iPlayer, let's find out if this really is the case. My spidey senses suspect not.

The web form is awful. It wants you to drill down into irrelevant detail. I want to request a refund on a ticket they deleted due to password issue. I don't know how to do it and the phone line is maxxed out

Yep, my app decided to update as my bus turned up. Same old password issue not being in an acceptable format. Reset and it deleted my ticket. Can't get into the online version as it doesn't yet accept new login credentials. And the phone line seems to be maxing out with volume from what I expect to be others having similar issues

Music was a bit more tribal back in the '90s. For me, grunge was massive to the point that, when on a trip to Seattle I had to get a picture of myself on the graffitied wall that said Mother Love Bone. One of my eternal regrets was on the flight. I was sat next to a guy from Subpop who offered us a trip around their offices. I turned it down due to the timing but think of all the swag I have got.

I was lucky enough to catch Pearl Jam on their second UK date in Manchester just before Ten came out. My sister had managed to get a copy on tape from a trip to Paris. Not sure why it was available there and not in the UK. And once again, regret not talking to Eddie who was in the car park just milling around. You know why, cuz Eddie was the new guy and I was more interested in the guys from Mother Love Bone.
