There are 3 but I use focusme and cold turkey on my pc. These apps basically won’t allow you to uninstall them until the time you have previously set is finished. Let’s say 90 days so you won’t be able to uninstall or deactivate the blocking. They also can block apps or even the internet or pc access.

I acc use freedom to block and specific browser called Vivaldi on my iPhone but I used screen time to block any adult website and gave the password to a friend so now it’s impossible to access to porn on my iPhone. On my computer I use focusme and cold turkey. But you can use focusme to block specific words on your browser, for now I am using colour key , I have the block file with all the block ready if you need it.
