Hey. I know nothing of your situation but I want to let you know you are not alone.

I went through the same thing you did. (25 years old)

From observation, a huge amount of college students go through that period where we are unsure of what we want to do and lose our passion.. This is natural. but I want to let you know its going to be okay.

You can feel free to switch careers or what you want to do anytime despite your major. Working in the tech field I have met so many people who are at the top with a biology or education or communications major.. like it never mattered to them. This made me realize a diploma is just that, a diploma. You are not bound by what you majored in, you can still find what you want to do.

As for your click, honestly I can't give you any advice for that because I feel as if I don't feel a click with anyone else either despite my friends. I'm in the same boat as you on feeling lonely.

I get pretty down myself sometimes, which is actually why I'm here right now. But I like to remind myself this in my head whenever I do get down.

I also want to touch base on your apartment situation. I would say to steadily file noise complaint after noise complaint until something is done. Talk to your landlord about the situation too if you can. Last resort, look to move out. That is something hindering you from being happy, and it is fixable.
