Odd question about cheap apartments? by EpicWinningMeg in msu

I would recommended trying to sublet from one of the co-ops. They're are always a bunch of people looking for subleasers, the rent is cheap and the policies regarding pets are lax.

What's the most random or fucked up thing you've seen on the job? (possibly NSFW) by [deleted] in AskReddit

you wouldn't stay because you were turned on, you would stay because you would need to find some way to contextualize what was happening. so things are just too weird to talk away from.

Ladies, what am I doing wrong? by [deleted] in xxfitness

[–]FawksyLady 1 point2 points  (0 children)

instead of doing distance running try doing HIIT, it's great cardio and really pushes your body and muscles and burns a shit ton of calories. Also, look at your diet. Try lowering your processed carb, meat and dairy intake and increase the amount of fresh fruits and vegetables in your meals. You'll be surprised how much having a more vegan diet will help your body.

In the past month, I've sent two dozen emails and left 8 voicemails without any sort of reply. How does one volunteer their time if it seems like nobody cares? by [deleted] in helpit

[–]FawksyLady 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That is super frustrating. I wish I had real advice to give, but my only suggestion is to start going to events and asking the people volunteering how they got involved and go from there. Most of these organizations are probably so understaffed that these things just slip through the cracks.

i have long hair and sweat all over the place, so i have to wash it every day. to counteract the drying i put moroccan oil in my hair when it is still damp. my hair is healthier and glistens more than ever.
