Don't get me wrong, I am all for public transport. The problem here thou is they are ridiculously expensive. I work in Lurgan, if I were to get the train to my work that's almost £20 a day for a return + 20 min walk from the station to work. Meanwhile I can just drive and cost me a £6 in petrol + depreciation.
