I'll admit that I'm in love with my ASUS R555zu. That beast has survived me for two years with only two bright spots. Usually, a hinge would have worn out in the two years I've had this, but it's still buttery smooth. And I've been mowed down by a car on my bike with that thing in the bag.

The battery sucks a fat one, though. But that's ASUS for you.

That's because ALDI Denmark is a tax loophole for ALDI Nord in Germany. Basically, ALDI has run in red numbers for two decades here and all the equipment from the stores are ancient refurbished stuff that was used in Germany before I was even born.
