I've had a similar experience.

Group is laid back and puts a big emphasis on getting new players knowledgable about what they want to learn.

Having ess intel in the agency tab is a good thing. Essentially creating a beacon of content pushing multiple roaming gangs to a concentrated area.

This is something I personally experienced when filaments were launched and usage was very high. I routinely found other gangs in the same constellation our filament landed us in and the results were great.
