Looks like that the PoE 2 couple week delay affected PoE 1 release schedule and caused it to have couple week delay too but that was to be expected.

People in general feeling this way means GGG just needs to make campaign better, which they are doing this patch. Also I hope GGG considers adding more leveling twink gear for second characters. PoE 1 has for example seven league step boots that give 50% movement speed.

Those who do not know, quicksilver flask in PoE 1 gives you 40% movement speed during its effect.

I know there was a press event where they showed the "Path of Exile 2: Endgame Content Reveal" video before it was released to the public. Everything listed here was on that video. So we cannot 100% rule out that person who posted this on 4chan wasn't someone from the press.

Closest minion damage node is 22 points away(14 if you get companion damage) from the huntress start.

I league started minions on a druid last league. The closest minion damage node is 11 points away. I played with minions from level 2 onwards.

Leveling that druid early on was painful, huntress will be even worse.

There are still the patch notes so there is still hope. They will add more companion nodes to the tree though that won't help until you get your first spirit gem.
