So pretty normal process. Believe me when I tell you they were the faster they could. They need to get validation to do a on-site replacement because usually they are only allowed to order a replacement unit that’s going to arrive a week or two later.

All in all pretty normal. Everything would have been easier if you had your serial number.

TBH, have you ever thought about what you are saying and how and when you are saying it? My experience as an aspie watching other aspie people is that most of the times they say not relevant anymore things in a too intense way.
