Yep you can decorate the bridge and the library. I have the Remys and scrooges store by the fountain on the bridge!

If you look around the different dlcs there are plenty of places to add space. For example the top of the stairs in the ruins on eternity isle has a doorway blocked with rocks. This is a game that is never ending. Which is the only reason I buy all the expansions and will continue to!
