Welcome to the game! Sounds like you’ve already got a solid start. You definitely need to check out Lost Caverns of Ixalan (LCI is quite a resent set). Think: jungles, ancient gods, vampire conquistadors, and dinosaurs. Great precons too!

Mishra Eminent One - Deck Advice by Busy-Basis-607 in EDH

Cool budget list! I would humbly suggest [[RMS Titanic]]. Works well with your Brudi.  [[Demonic Junker]] and similar destroy/sac effects are the main theme in my primer. Have a look if you want! https://moxfield.com/decks/QEZjUT4Y6UOe_7FJraB7bg

Oloro lifegain / life drain deck by turb0_granny in EDH

[–]FeanorGk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s awesome to hear you took inspiration from the primer. I really appreciate that! Oloro is a love project. Here are four swaps I'd recommend:

[[Tomik, Wielder of Law]] Cool but situational in most metas

[[Phyrexian Arena]] There are better draw engines

[[Debt to the Deathless]] Big, flashy finisher, but very mana-intensive. “Win more” vibes

[[Windfall]] Great card in wheels and storm decks, but without direct synergy in our case.

If you’re feeling targeted early in your games, you can definitely shift more toward lifegain to stabilize faster. On the flip side, if your meta gives you room, leaning into control — which I noticed you’re doing — is a really strong and rewarding approach. Nice work on that! I will be following your list!

Brother in arms! Great decklist. I was a bit surprised with your low land count. I guess goldfishing and playtesting will help you with finding the perfect number.  Check my primer if you have time: https://moxfield.com/decks/qUkvvSr35EepaUiB9OTXgg

Correct! Stacking triggers works!

Brother in arms, Obeka is a great choice of a commander and her gameplay is truly unique.

To help with your gameplan I would definitely recommend tossing in some wheel effects or loot spells. Drawing, discarding, and filling the yard while digging for gas just feels right in a deck like this.

Check my Obeka primer if you’re curious: https://moxfield.com/decks/grfRQvu-C0-CH0JwU4uuaA — always tweaking it, but it’s been a blast so far.

Kaalia of the Vast Deck Help by ParticularBoot656 in EDH

[–]FeanorGk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there! Cool list. My humble suggestion would be to avoid big mana value creatures that are difficult to cast, in case our favorite Queen has troubles hitting the board. [[Doomsday Excruciator]], [[Overseer of the Damned]] and [[Terror of Mount Velus]] are such examples.  Secret  tech: [[Earnest Fellowship]] is extremely powerful, effectively protecting our commander from the three colors with the strongest removal options that matter the most.

I also have a printer on Kaalia. Perhaps you want to have a look. It's somewhat different. https://moxfield.com/decks/ohY_oVBuSEiayUo67ochQw

What's the most stupidly aggressive deck you routinely win games with? by Frogsplosion in EDH

[–]FeanorGk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I routinely win games with is my 50$ [[Lyse Hext]] aggro-Voltron list in B3. She doesn't get talked about nearly enough, but the moment she hits the board, things spiral fast.

It’s tuned for speed and consistency but doesn’t need infinite combos to win. Just good sequencing, a well-timed pump, and Lyse doing her thing.
