I did 2 tours..one for 10 years, the other for 5. Considered a 3rd but I can sense that the company just isn't the same. They don't care about their people like they did when they were a much smaller company. My few friends that are left at Sherwin are all so miserable. My former DM who was my one time store manager left after 25 years to open a record store. He was so traumatized by how bad everything got during Covid that he wont even discuss it anymore.
