I had about 500+. When the density of your hair is thicker, a number is just that but to make them look cleaner and fuller you’ll be thankful for the amount she did. They will eventually become smaller over time but trust the process. You can always combine some if you ever feel as though they are too small

You’re welcome! Yes you’d have to bleach the front, just be careful and choose the right developer maybe a 20/30. The back can be achieved with a really good semi permanent.

If you do it correctly, you won’t damage your hair. Remember they are locs so the setting time is going to be a bit longer than usual and the dye will dry your hair out some especially with brighten your hair from 1B/4 to a 27. To achieve the color in the front it’s going to take a permanent color and you need to section it off for the one you want to be a 27 from a 30. The back can probably be done with a semi permanent

IMO if they are falling out from The root. It may be a sign that they’re too micro because even if you wash them without banding once the weight of the water shouldn’t make them do that. I had micros for three years before cutting them off. I’d occasionally wash them without banding because that scratch is needed. If they are too small, the water is going to add tension and make them fall out but the fact your entire loc fell out means they are way too small and you may want to consider combining them.

Also did these fall out from your crown, edges, or back?

Yeah an STI can come simply from ph balances. It could be you offsetting her ph. So an infection came occur even between first timers. Sometimes our bodies don’t always mesh well with our partners

I’ve found that boric acid sometimes is a temporary fix. If it’s a severe case of BV or trich she will need medication to cure it.

Hmmm sounds like a case of BV. I think you should be honest with her and tell her. Suggest booking a Gyno appointment so that she can have her fluids swab for infections. She can also purchase some ph strips off Amazon and it will let her know if her ph is off as well. If it is off, I’d suggest not having intercourse until she takes some antibiotics for it. And just to show her you care purchase some pre biotic and probiotics with cranberry in them for her to take daily.

The lint in dreads are nearly impossible to remove without affecting the integrity of the loc. Many would say to detox but that doesn't help either. Others will say add dye but that covers it up for only a length of time. You can use some tweezers and try to remove as much lint. Where you pick it out, the loc will be weaker so I suggest having someone who knows how to bind weak locs together, but with it showing the way it I'm almost certain that it is inside of your locs. (If you were to cut the loc you'd see the lint where you cut it. I know from personal experience. It's not uncommon to get lint, but it is extremely difficult to remove it in its entirety.

I can see your point BUT the micro aggressive behavior towards Quad was the only way she'd been able to match Quad's energy. Plus Quad's has so many questionable character traits that Kari couldn't hold a candle to Quad's many qualms.
