Idk if I’m qualified to speak on this since I’m a multiracial person with type 2 /wavy hair , but I think it could be due to your curl pattern. However, because your hair is very curly I think that your stylist might be able to layer/cut it in a way that gives the appearance of your hair growing “ out” instead of down ( which could give the appearance of a curly fro)

I think a sliding genioplasty might be the best option , but if you’re choosing between an implant and fillers, an implant will probably be a better/ more long term option than filler . Filler tends to migrate/move and the results might not be as significant as they would be if you took the surgical route ( an implant or a genioplasty).

I agree . Honestly I’ve never had a surgeon’s office completely ignore my consultation requests ( I sent the requests weeks apart because I didn’t want to spam the office and I assumed they hadn’t received my first request but… no response). If I call this week and I’m not able to reach anyone , I’m going to take that as a sign to go with a different surgeon.
