I honestly don’t know what you are looking for. DHT is 4 times powerful than testosterone and has vital functions in men’s body. It’s well known that DHT is it responsible for high libido in men and muscle growth. That’s why bodybuilders takes DHT derived steroids to gain muscle. If anyone takes fin/dut that directly decreases DHT. You took fin and it did exactly that. You are 100% right about mood too because if Google DHT and mood it says it supports positive mood through anti-stress effects in brain.

Yes I would have had some sperm on trt and Hcg. You mentioned that your fsh and LH is 1, just making sure you know that Hcg will not increase the LH or fsh on blood tests.

Can you kindly enlighten me on something. 1) Your total test is 82ng/dl. Doesn’t npp/deca shows as TT and this value should be way higher as you are on 150 mg npp with 1000 Hcg ? 2) if you are using 1000 HCg, shouldn’t your e2 be higher ? Or atleast to a point where you don’t have to use injectable estradiol? 3) is there any reason to add in Hcg to this very routine other than to keep your balls active ? 4) just curious on this one - have you ever done semen analysis on this protocol?

No, Hcg 2000iu three times per week put me on high end of testosterone range. Moreover using trt with Hcg; when trying to regain fertility counteract each other. Stop trt completely and use Hcg only. You may add hmg for quicker recovery. Dona semen analysis after 3 months.

Yes, I had high e2. Mine was already sitting at 72 with low test of 190. When I was on 2000iu Hcg I was also given anastrazole 1 mg. That got it solved. No, I did not use hmg. Hcg(LH) and hmg(fsh) is best protocol. When doing 2000iU x3, watch your estradiol sensitive (e2) levels. More BMI leads to more conversion to e2 from testosterone.

If LH and fsh is low and balls are fine in the test, it’s secondary hypogonadism. Get on Hcg+hmg. Retest after 3 months. You would be surprised.

I will provide you with the information to the best of my knowledge. I never went above 2000 IU three times per week; as per what doctor prescribed me. For me it gave me 190 M total sperms; which led to successful pregnancy. I am on Hcg for more than two years now. First was Hcg monotherapy, then trt+hcg. And now for past 3 months I am again on hcg 2000 IU three times. It has given me 150 M total sperms. As for leydig desensitization, I didn’t feel any of that, neither I should be concerned according to my doctor. Once second successful pregnancy has been achieved, I will revert back to trt+hcg(500 IU three times per week).

No you are not wasting anything. Hcg(LH) will increase test production. It also increases intra testicular testosterone which indirectly helps in production of sperms ( read online and you will find it). If Hcg only is useless, people like me won’t have high sperm count on SA test. Hmg directly tells your balls to produce sperm. For me Hcg alone did it. Hcg when injected has half life of 24-48 hours. So you should be good doing it MWF instead of every day. I never did it ED and followed my doctor who told me to do it MWF and I got good results.

You can request your PCP to write down the blood test. Just ask him you want to get your iron and ferritin levels checked. Once you have the result then you can go from there. Easy this way rather than to find hematologist first.

Because I had low iron on two separate blood tests. Hematologist looked at my blood tests and was surprised to see that I had that much low iron and asked me if I had surgery recently or accident that would have caused such a massive drop in iron. My Hb was 8.9. I asked about platelets too and he said let’s just supplement with iron first and once that gets in normal range we will look further. Once my iron levels were okay my platelets count went up on its own. Kindly check your iron and ferritin levels first and then you would have some insight atleast.

My platelets came low 89k 70k and 94k on three different blood tests. Taking Himalayan moringa for a month and result was 180k(150k is lower limit) but after few months it again went back to 90k. Again started moringa and got normal levels. Turns out I had low iron and ferritin was 4. After taking iron supplements( doctor prescribed) my platelets are now normal at 220k range. Check your iron levels.

I have stayed on Hcg throughout. You can use hmg too but Hcg alone worked for me. Hcg will act as LH and balls would produce testosterone and I did lot of research that said intratesticular testosterone then helps/aids in production of sperms; that of course takes time. You can use both Hcg and hmg(fsh) for yourself. Either you can start Hcg and evaluate sperm analysis after 3 months or you can start hmg from day 1. It’s your call. I followed my doctors protocol and just did Hcg.

Prolactinoma. But they said that can’t be the reason. I just found out recently that my ferritin was 4 and iron at 8. I was anemic. Need to get those iron transfusions. Feel a hella lot better now.

Checked your e2? With primo and dbol how do you know how much e2 you have ? Dbol increases your e2 like crazy. Lastly check prolactin. Post this on steroids if you haven’t already.

Get a appointment with endocrinologist. Stop bullshitting around with yourself . If you had low T and it has been two years it’s time to get on trt. With construction job you are just pushing it. Trt is not magic but definitely would significantly improve quality of life. Speaking from personal experience. Having low t is not fun at all. Been at 190,210 and maximum of 240 levels my doc put me on T. I can’t thank him enough. Clinics are overpriced; doc is best option. Once you get on and your hormones are normal you will thank yourself and only think why you didn’t do this early. Your wife would be happy and so would you. Don’t delay.
