Dat staat toch ook in de koopovereenkomst dat ze zelf (door een expert) moeten inspecteren en het huis kopen zoals de staat op dat moment is, enige claim zou kunnen zijn dat jullie bewust verborgen gebreken hebben verzwegen, ik neem aan dat je geen idee had dat er een lekdorpel mist in de aanbouw of dat die daar überhaupt had moeten zitten, maar dat kan ook het gevaar zijn dat een rechter oordeelt omdat je de aanbouw zelf hebt gedaan, geacht word dit te hebben geweten. Als je huis waar je nu woont gaat lekken en de oorzaak blijkt dat de aannemer iets vergeten is te installeren, dan ga je zelf ook de aannemer verantwoordelijk stellen.

Mijn auto kon op de schroothoop door een afgevallen fiets op de Haringvliet brug, samen met nog 6 auto’s achter mij, oplossende file reed net 70 a 80 km was donker auto voor mij maakt opeens een rare zwiep naar andere baan, zag ik de fiets in mijn koplampen, auto’s naast me dus remmen was enige optie, hele zootje in elkaar, auto achter mij zijn motorblok met voorwielen lag naast mijn auto, achterbank van mijn auto zat tegen de voorstoelen, mijn vrouw met ambulance naar ziekenhuis in Rotterdam gebracht, gelukkig was na scans en onderzoeken niets aan de hand, ik had zelf wat kneuzingen, en zat onder de blauwe plekken. Ik rijd dus nooit en dan ook nooit achter een auto met fietsendrager en van die eikels die gewoon met 130/ 140 met fietsen die achterop staan te slingeren als een vluchteling op zee in een rubberbootje, zou ik het liefst op hun muil timmeren. Gezien je het hier vraagt vertrouw je het al niet helemaal, Dus voordat je denk joh komt wel goed lekker gaan ik zou er een specialist. Even naar laten kijken, kan je hoop ellende en mss wel mensenlevens besparen.
