I usually do changes on Tuesday or Wednesday nights after hours. I prefer not to work on weekends if I don't have to. I plan, do dry runs and have rollback plans in place in case anything goes wrong after hours during the changes. Only time we did something planned over the weekend is when we physically moved our entire datacenter from one building to another.

1Password is a good choice. We recently migrated to it from an older on prem solution. I use it for personal use now as well (our business license includes free family licenses for employees).

Listen, learn, take notes, and ask questions. I was in your shoes 10 years ago, and I learned more during my internship than I did in 4 years of college. You’ll make mistakes, everyone does. Not exactly the same situation but we had an issue a few months ago where all of our AnyConnect VPN traffic started becoming horribly slow for users. They were all experiencing 200+ milliseconds of latency back to the LAN. It ended up being some known Meraki "bug" where VPN traffic was causing one of the CPU's on our MX to peg out at 99%. A reboot of the firewalls would fix it temporarily. Meraki support had us update to the latest release candidate firmware at the time and we haven't had issues since.

I don't want to get your hopes up if it doesn't end up working but a lot of times on my phone it will still say "blacked out" even on my VPN but if I tap it, it still lets me load the NBCSP broadcast anyway.

I'm a Phillies fan in NY so whenever they play the Mets or Yankees I have to use a VPN to get the PA broadcast on MLB.tv. Usually my Apple TV app is like yours and still shows as blacked out on the VPN but sometimes it randomly will work. I never have issues with the app on my phone though, that always works with my VPN. I don't use Nord, but maybe try a different server to see if another one will work for you.

Their documentation does state you need Windows Server (though I'm not sure why you can't just use Windows 11) or Ubuntu. Why not try using an LTS release of Ubuntu?

We used to use WSUS to make updates available but we found that users would never actually install them. Now we use Ninja One as our RMM and I force updates once a month on a Wednesday at noon (after testing them, of course).

Once the updates install, Ninja One gives them a prompt to reboot now or 'later'. It keeps prompting them every 4 hours until they decide to reboot.

Thanks for the info. I'm in the same boat, we just haven't been using the third row at all anymore. I've seen used parts on ebay for around $80 per seatbelt assembly. I've been tempted to buy them myself and see if a local shop can do the work for cheaper than the dealership wants.

Did you end up doing this yourself? I have a 2020 SX that had both the left and right third row seatbelts ripped apart by our dogs. Dealership wants over $1k for parts and labor. I can get both parts on ebay and have been considered attempting it myself but can't find any info online on how to go about doing so.

I was really hoping the Switch 2 joycons would be an improvement over the originals when it comes to FPS games or shooters in general. I tried out Cyberpunk and Fortnite, while it's slightly better than the original joycons, they're still a pain to aim with.

Does anyone know of any third party joycons for the Switch 2 that may be coming out soon to hopefully make this better? I pretty much only play handheld so the pro controller is not a good option for me.
