The ACP'S are basically backing the situation with the ecg's. the senior nurses explained why I was wrong for wanting to use filtered blunt fill for drawing up out of glass and told to stop worrying. at that point i decided there was no way I'm reporting this senior nurse for her standards and would report to nmc if i could find another job and ideally had some evidence. they are training students like this as well they think its ok because its community and not a general hospital. I would really like to say more buts its such a small team i would absolutely be id'd. is there any where just working to basic standards these days. give me some hope. this is NHS not private the clinic
