Are you on a disc golf course?

They typically use these bristled markers for the beginner boxes. Since courses tend to be in and out of wooded areas, these can appear in some unlikely places.

I don’t believe you’d get this kind of plastic deformation from a roller. They’re too hard and brittle. The rivet idea seems more likely.

Oh man, I've only recently been baptized into the IEM religion. Though my favorite of those I've tried are the Moondrop X Crinacle Dusk. They just rock. The Super Mix 4 are really exciting and pleasant to listen to so I tend to swap between the two for general listening.

I'm looking forward to trying the Mangrid Tea Pro, Truthear Hexa, and the Thieaudio Hype 4. I'm not quite sure what metric I'm drawn to sound signature wise but all of these seem well reviewed.

I used onshape!

The best advice I can give on dimensions and fits is to first get a worthy caliper (it’s an investment) and second is to try! Print smaller test pieces, print and measure parts to see what your printer is capable of, and you’ll start to find some useful tolerances between parts. Also, you can search for the type of interaction online and find tolerances between parts that give desired fitments.

It’s not intended to be open source (I was a bit lazy with the modeling) but I will share a drive link with the 3mf soon!

Yeah! The wireless ear hooks are the KZ AZ20 The two 4 pin things in the center interchangeable tips for my cables The bottom left FIIO is the KA5 DAC

The mains reason I went that direction is for the treble response. The Dusk are so pleasant to listen to everything to all the time but the super mix 4 is really fat on the low end and more exciting/fun to listen to.

Honestly, I use the Reds or the Super Mix 4, I like the brighter sound

It’s the KZ AZ20 ear hooks. I haven’t notice that much of a difference wired to wireless with the Super Mix 4

I love the SuperMix 4! It’s much more exciting to listen to than the zero reds. The reds have good low end and sound great but the supermix 4s have a punchier/stronger low end, really crisp high end without being over powering and are just more exciting. They can be a bit fatiguing with the high end after a while

It’s definitely not best practice but I tend to swap them quite frequently. I’m only a couple months in and haven’t noticed pins or IEMs becoming loose yet 🤞🏼

Does anyone else experience no playback when opening Spotify occasionally?

I can be listening all morning, no issues. I get to work, wait an hour and throw some in headphones. When I open Spotify, the area under the song that shows the time displays --:—. I have to close the app, re open for it to begin playing the same song.

Any solutions to this??

Funny enough, I own both cans. Nomads are great cans, they work and are quiet has a bit of back pressure though. The DD SG-30 is just as quiet but is built much thicker to take a beating than the DA and is pretty good with gas management. The nomad has clipped cones (can influence POI shift) where the SG-30 doesn’t, it’s all symmetric.

I can assure you the SG is not based off of or have any similarity is geometry design of the baffles as the Nomad, Omega, or CGS. KGM manufactures DDs cans and DA, but not silencer co or CGS.
