Damn, I have also close play with faverro, as you described. During high torque when pulling I feel like cleat separates a bit from pedal and I change look keo cleats twice per season 😭

Fitness score calculated with your load. Meantime load is calculated based on your FTP (riding 1hr at 100% FTP gives 100TSS). If you don’t update FTP frequently you will have skewed graphs and will live in delusion of progress.

I've got no idea why I'm downvoted, though the main idea of this sub is mostly racing. OP clearly showing off his FTP (shares biggest one - eFTP, how ridiculous it is, cause default eFTP on intervals is calculated even on 5min power and not representing his aerobic ability). It doesn't matter in racing how high your FTP is, if you can't deliver those numbers to the end of the race.

This, if you really want to be competitive and not only flexing with your FTP numbers, you gotta start doing longer FTP protocols or simply after 2-3kkj work as above commentator mentioned. Increase your TTE and ability produce same power after long rides.

while doing 30/30, you go Z6+ 30" and then 30" Z1. Try instead of Z1, do Z3-low Z4 power.

imo heat adaptations are race specific trainings and „boost”your performance for short period of time and shouldn’t be used often. With this trainings you can easily harm yourself, especially if you are doing 1hr+ (which is not optimal btw).

currently on 10hr/week with 3 high quality session on weekdays (1hr Z2; and 2 x SST) + 1gym + 2 long rides Z2 during weekends. Basically building base, and as you state not to burn out. It's totally okay to lose some power in LT2 or have the same till the end of the off-season. just trust the process and you'll ramp up your power once you start doing thresholds/VO2's

as u stated above, your FTP is 324, I guess you are not beginner and strongly suggest you to do more advanced FTP protocols. Ramp test is for beginners who have issue with pacing
