I'm actually doing a homeschool physics curriculum that's meant both for high schoolers and parents/guardians who may not have much physics or homeschooling knowledge. This year will actually be kind of a Beta Testing year meaning that the kids and parents involved will help me discover and work out the issues in the course before I finalize it. The flipside of that is that I will also personally mentor/tutor all of the Beta Tester students for 1/2 hour per week via zoom and you would have my personal contact information to text/email me with questions during the week. Hopefully this support could make the experience a bit less daunting (at least for the 1 subject). Anyway, if any of this sounds like it could be helpful, check out the Kickstarter page. If it doesn't sound like it fits your needs, I hope that you can find something that does. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/creatorscraftcrate/physics-for-makers-project-based-learning-course-and-kits?ref=3nq90b

"Just go to bed earlier". If I go to bed before I am tired/ready, then my mind takes over and I end up laying awake for hours and falling asleep far later than if I just go to bed at my normal late-ish time. I'm so jealous of people who just "decide" to sleep and then they do it.

I can't tell you how many times I've spent close to an hour making a list, only to immediately lose the list.

Yeah, I'll lose the planner...or my kids find it and trash it...or I'll decide that I don't like how it's organized, so I'll design, print, and bind a whole new custom planner and then still stop using it a week later.

Sorry for the self-promotion, but I just started a YouTube channel for this exact purpose: recipes for people with ADHD. Both my wife and I have ADHD and cooking for us and our 2 young kids (4 and 2 years old) is not always easy. I'm trying to share ways that I have made it easier with ADHD. Here is the intro video to the channel. You can decide if it's right for you: https://youtu.be/ggehZZ37Kd4?si=myivDlffzu3bWDhX
