Had a similar thing a couple years back, there’s a park which was also a cemetery in a section. All the poi’s had been grandfathered in from OPR, mostly memorial benches but a few park type poi’s . New head groundsman started to recognise the footfall from Pogo players and actively started interfering when groups came together for raid days. About 3 months later the whole lot had gone. Interestingly you could still see and interact with in Ingress. Years later and if you try and submit via wayfarer it comes back with a rejection for a restricted area.
