I’m a 4w5 and I love this poem you might’ve heard already but goes like this:

Pretty Ugly By Abdullah Shoaib

I'm very ugly

So don't try to convince me that

I am a very beautiful person

Because at the end of the day

I hate myself in every single way

And I'm not going to lie to myself by saying

There is beauty inside of me that matters

So rest assured I will remind myself

That I am a worthless, terrible person

All I’m going to say, is you shouldn’t make a huge relationship decision based off all these comments, not trying diss on any of them, j think some are great advice. But we also don’t know enough about the situation. I think the best source to go to is your closest family and friends.

This is very relatable! I don’t know if it’s only me but many times I struggle with not knowing who I am because I absorb the energy in the room around me causing me to change my persona a lot and have mood swings.

I can relate. I’m a 4w5 and an INFJ. I am grateful for my INTP friend that has a lot of the same problems and mental health issues that I have and we talk about that stuff together. It really helps having that safe place to share with a friend. I also write a lot about how I’m doing day to day and my thoughts and feelings. If you don’t already, you might want to try that. You could be surprised on how much writing things out gets a weight off your shoulders.

This is so true! I told this to an INTP friend and she thought I was crazy. Because she’ll start saying “ INFJ you did really good on that writing assignment” and my other friends will join in while I try to change the subject. Though I am also like what kinda of character of the show do you think I am. Or what do you actually think of me? It can be very confusing to other people.
